Our Leadership Team
We are a group of dedicated parents who are invested in the growth of our children through Scouting. Our mission is to prepare young girls & boys to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. And of course...having fun while doing it!
Nathan | Cubmaster
Nathan begin his scouting journey as a parent of a Tiger and a Wolf. He became the Pack's Outdoor Coordinator in 2023 and moved into the Assistant Cubmaster role in 2024. Nathan completed his Wood Badge leadership training in 2025. He was installed in his role as Cubmaster in the Fall of 2025.

What do you most love about scouting? Keeping the "Out" in Scouting by providing opportunities for youth to go on hikes, bike rides, campouts and more adventures where they can learn & apply skills to learn to protect the outdoors.

What motivated you to be a Pack 4321 Leader? It's fun and rewarding work, seeing how our youth grow and develop over time in the Pack. Being a leader allows me to give back to the Program and also contribute my skills as an engineer to the community.
Fred | Committee Chair
Fred is a father to five children, loves God, the outdoors, science and engineering. His love for the outdoors started in Scouts while he was growing up. He became an avid backpacker and cook through Scouting. Fred earned Arrow of Light (1992) and Eagle Scout (1998). He has been a leader in Pack 4321 since 2017 and recently traded in the Cubmaster baton for the Committee Chair role in Fall 2025.

What do you love most about Scouting? What I love most is watching the character of the Scouts grow.

What motivated you to be a leader in Pack 4321? I am an Eagle Scout and was in Scouts from Tiger Cub through Eagle through Explorers (pre-curser to Venturing). My Dad did this with me from the start. I wanted the same experience with my kids, and to help them grow.

Mike & Minnie | Treasurers
Mike & Min have been part of the pack with their son Austin since 2023. They started in the role of treasurer in Fall 2025.
What do you love most about Scouting? We most appreciate the sense of community within our den and the whole pack.
Maritza | Outdoor Coordinator
Maritza has been involved with Pack 4321 since 2024! She has a love for the outdoors and a desire to explore and create positive outdoor experiences for others. Maritza began the role of Outdoor Coordinator in Fall 2025 and has the goal of planning a hike a month for our Scouts!

What do you love most about Scouting? My kids love being outdoors exploring. I love that scouting allows them to discover and try new adventures with friends
What motivated you to be a Pack 4321 Leader? I decided to volunteer in leadership because I feel like it is the way I can give back to this amazing program
